Returns & Exchanges Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We offer store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are not issued. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase at It’s All Good.

Condition Requirements Returned items must be in original condition and free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
