At It’s All Good, we take pride in offering hand picked, unique, and thoughtfully curated products. Because of the nature of our merchandise, including resale, one-of-a-kind, and boutique items we have a specialized return policy in place. Return Policy Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Refunds are not issued.
Customers may choose store credit or exchange for an item of equal value. If a customer requests a return within 30 days and does not wish to receive store credit or an exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
