We accept returns or exchanges for eligible Standard Retail & Mystery Box items within thirty (30) business days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Non Damaged Return Policy

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

• Customer may choose Refund, Store credit or Exchange for an item of equal value.

• If a customer submits a return within 30 days and does not wish to receive store credit or an exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 
  
  How to Start a Return

• Please email info@itsallgoodgnr.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any applicable photos if the item is damaged.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

RESALE & MAKERS COMMUNITY ITEMS (FINAL SALE)  
All Resale and Makers Community items are sold as-is and are considered final sale.
Due to the one-of-a-kind or limited-edition nature of these items, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us via email within fourteen(14) business days of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue  

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If eligible, we will offer a replacement or store credit. We do not guarantee availability of replacement items.
