1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and It’s All Good G&R (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance.

• We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion (including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or policy violations).

• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In case of pricing or listing errors, we may cancel the order and refund you.

• One‑of‑a‑kind “Makers Community” items and Mystery Boxes vary by nature; photos are illustrative only.
   

4) Product Information & Variations
Handmade items may exhibit slight variations in color, pattern, or size. Where snacks or personal‑care items appear in Mystery Boxes, ingredients may vary; please review product details carefully and contact us regarding allergens prior to purchase.

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
Our Return/Refund Policy applies. In brief:

• Makers Community, Resale items, Mystery Boxes, custom/personalized items, face masks, cosmetics, earrings, and personal‑care items are FINAL SALE.

• Eligible retail items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 business days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

• Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days with photos.
   

7) Intellectual Property
All content (text, graphics, logos, product photos, and designs) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
 

8) User Content (Reviews, Submissions)
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operation of the Services, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You represent you own or control the rights to anything you submit.
 

9) Prohibited Uses
You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate any law, or to infringe IP rights;

• Interfere with security, integrity, or performance of the Services;

• Use bots/scrapers without our written consent;

• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or chargeback abuse.
   

10) Marketing Communications
By opting in to SMS/email marketing, you consent to receive messages. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time (unsubscribe links or replying STOP for SMS, where available).
 

11) Disclaimers
Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 

12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
 

13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
 

14) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts principles. Maricopa County, AZ is the exclusive venue for court proceedings. At our election, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
 

15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
