1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and It’s All Good G&R (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, or policy violations.

• Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

• Certain products such as Creative Finds, Previously Loved items, and Mystery Boxes may vary slightly due to their unique or curated nature. Product photos are provided for reference and may not represent exact variations.
   

4) Product Information & Variations
Some items sold on our website include handcrafted goods, curated retail items, and previously loved pieces. As a result, slight variations in color, size, texture, or design may occur.

Previously Loved items may show minor signs of prior use, which are considered part of their character and uniqueness.
Any significant imperfections will be noted in the product description when applicable.

Where snacks or personal-care items are included in Mystery Boxes, ingredients may vary. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should review product details carefully before purchasing.
 

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. (Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer).
 

6) Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are considered FINAL SALE:

• Previously Loved items
• Mystery Boxes
• Custom or personalized products
• Face masks
• Cosmetics and personal-care products
• Earrings and select hygiene-sensitive items

Eligible retail items may qualify for exchange or store credit if returned within the timeframe stated in our return policy and if the items are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos.
 

7) Intellectual Property
All content (text, graphics, logos, product photos, and designs) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
 

8) User Content (Reviews, Submissions)
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce,
and display that content for marketing and operation of the Services, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. 
You represent you own or control the rights to anything you submit.
 

9) Prohibited Uses
You may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
 

12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, It’s All Good G&R shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
 

13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold It’s All Good G&R harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights
 

14) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts principles. Maricopa County, AZ is the exclusive venue for court proceedings. At our election, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
 

15) Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
