Processing Times

Ready‑to‑ship retail items: typically 1–3 business days.

Handmade/custom/Makers items: typically 3–7 business days.
Processing time excludes carrier transit time and peak/holiday delays.
Carriers & Rates
We ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS). Rates and options are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when available.
Domestic & International
We currently ship within the U.S. (International shipping may be added later.)
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
Lost/Delayed Packages
Once a package is with the carrier, delays are outside our control. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it,
please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first, then contact us.

Eligible Retail Items (non‑final sale):

Exchange or store credit within 7 business days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Report within 7 business days of delivery with: order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace or correct the order. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund.
How to Start a Return/Exchange
Email info@itsallgoodgnr.com with subject “Return Request – [Order #]”. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Original shipping is non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
